Enquiries and bookings

The enquiry form requests information or fitting availability. A successful submission means the email service accepted the message for sending. It does not confirm receipt in a particular inbox, reserve a date or confirm a booking. Availability and appointment details must be agreed separately.

Alterations and quotations

Work, price and timing depend on your gown and the changes required. Sending a message or photo does not create an agreed quotation or commitment to carry out work. Confirm the scope, cost and timing before proceeding.

Photos and website content

Only upload a photo you are entitled to share. Use JPG, PNG or WebP, no larger than 2 MB. Website editorial photographs are generated concept imagery, not evidence of actual clients, staff, premises or completed work.
